It might be--but some crazy part of me believes that it might be from BEFORE the events of Decade,

Hmmm..... that's an interesting idea. I'm pretty sure, though, that when duckface tells Tsukasa he lost them all he meant the cards, though.

In Amazon no Sekai, I thought he as more suspicious than distraught about the sister thing. Part of not believing eyeshadow boy. However, I found REALLY interesting that no one batted an eye at all the DCD eagle crests. I mean, I suppose they just might not have made the connection that "DCD" = Decade, so....

One thing that makes me think definitely AU is the castle of eeeeeeeevil. In the movie it rises after the tournament, and we see it rising at the end of episode 29, so that's different events for the same thing.

Personality and character development-wise... I could see middle-of-series Tsukasa turning to DaiShocker again once he regains his memories, yeah, because he has yet to admit to himself how important Natsumi and Yusuke are to him, and then it playing out like in the movie (he's double-crossed and goes to Natsumi, who almost lets him in but doesn't, and eventually he comes to the realization that he's been changed by the journey and so on and turns "good" again.

But Tsukasa as he is now... I don't care how big a shock getting his memory back would be, short of some kind of mind control or SOMETHING, I just can't see him go to DaiShocker and turn his back on his friends and on the path he's followed. I mean, like I said, it starts in Shinkenger world, and the realizations he started to have, and then he had a bratty spell at the beginning of RX world, but the Tsukasa that leaves that world is so much more mature and has come to terms with so much that he refused to admit that I just don't think there's going back. And part of it is Kotaru's influence, because like I said after the ep, I think Kotaro is the mentor that taught him to be a man and a hero. And obviously, what happened to Natsumi changed him really deeply too, because until that moment he'd seen people get hurt, because of him even, and Natsumi and Yusuke had goten kidnappened, but it hadn't been too big a deal, but at that moment, for the first time, he realized that someone he loved could die, and that very obviously gutted him. And then he goes and does everything he can to save her, and for a moment he tasted what it would feel like to have his best effort not to be enough to save someone he loved, and I think that's key because I think that it's THAT moment, it's having felt that despair, that makes him into a man that would consciously willingly give it all to save her. Because I think it was also pretty obvious that if what he'd given up to the Perfecter hadn't been enough he would have given up every last drop. Anyway, I just don't think that after doing that for Natsumi, after going so far, he could turn his back on her. He already crossed a point of no return where she's concerned.

Man. I really want the 4 them to be together after it's over. Stupid show. ;____;
