Gokaiger is definitely a lot of silly fun. Especially compared to OOOs. I'm a bit sad that we haven't really gotten to learn more about our space pirates. They're aliens! They have to have really interesting pasts and cultures we're being deprived of seeing while they hunt for special powers.
And I totally get you about the slashing thing. Some shows I watch and everyone's crazy about the pairings but I just don't see it or am not interested in it. That said, it's not the case for Gokaiger. Though we really don't get enough interaction at all to really ship anyone do we?
