I used to pull all nighters fairly often in university (usually at the end of the semester, when I realized we had a week to finish our projects for the class and that I... had barely started. orz)

Anyway, an isolated 41 hours is not that big deal, as long as he doesn't, you know, keep it up for weeks or something. I'm sure his management wouldn't let him do that though. XD
